Why two heads are better than one…

If you think it or feel it, it’s important to your story.

It is easy to dismiss thoughts as ‘irrelevant’, ‘unimportant’, ‘insignificant’ or feelings as ‘crazy’,’over the top’ or ’silly’ or be simply overwhelmed by anxiety.

The art therapist is there to unburden you and help you explore your own story uninhibited by the constraints of using language only.

As you use the art materials we will sift through your emotional reactions together. This relationship is there to help you make sense of what comes up during the session and how it impacts your daily life.
